Breakfast Byte the Book – Listen Up: How Do You Make and Publish an Audiobook?

September 26, 2018 9:30am - 11:30 am at The Groucho Club

Audio has been the strongest growing sector of the UK publishing industry for the last few years but typically only the larger publishers have been recording titles. Now every author and publisher can easily record and publish their own. Duncan Honeyman (Senior Commissioning Audio Editor at Penguin Random House) will be giving a hands-on, practical workshop on creating and publishing an audiobook.

A light breakfast is included in the ticket price.

Tickets are £25 for Groucho and Byte The Book members and £35 for everyone else. All tickets can be booked via Eventbrite. Prices do not include booking fees or VAT.

We are keen to invite publishers and authors from BAME backgrounds or anyone not yet employed or published and on low incomes to attend our events and so are making five free tickets available for this event. If you feel you fit into all or one of these groups please do book a free ticket using the code DiversityAudio.

If you’re not already a member of Byte The Book you can join here.
