Shelley Sishton
Author
Shelley writes totally unique, fun, magical fiction stories and poems bringing the wisdom of flowers and nature alive, with animals as her stars and storytellers.
She also writes non-fiction books about flower essence medicine and flower therapy, for mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Having self-published her first story book ‘How the fox got her gloves’, Shelley is now looking for a literary agent to help find a publisher for her portfolio of chapter books, short stories, poems and practical flower medicine books.
Shelley’s writing is rooted in the wisdom, indigenous medicine ways, life philosophies and sacred traditions of ancient cultures including the Australian Aboriginals and Native Americans along with new science, which she has studied for 3 decades.
Her 30 years’ experience as a flower essence producer and practitioner, soul coach, international teacher and speaker and British flower farmer growing a living flower pharmacy, is also woven into the fabric of her writing.
Whether it’s a tale of overcoming adversity, of embracing the special gifts and talents which make each animal stand out from the crowd, or of working with nature’s infinite wisdom and magic to make a difference to our world and in the galaxies beyond, each story and poem is light and easy to read, and intuitively crafted to be understood at heart level.
Most of all, Shelley intends:
“To lift your spirits, brighten your day and make your soul sparkle through the power of story. Whether you're 3 or 103! Inspiring you to explore new worlds, new life philosophies and Medicine Ways...and align with the endless possibilities of YOU and your wise inner essence.”
