Jeremy Austin

I worked as a journalist for 20 years, latterly writing for The Times and The Sunday Times, and spent seven years as news editor at  The Stage. I then worked as a development producer for a number of independent production companies before ending up at the BBC. For the past nine years I've been a stay-at-home dad, during which time I attended the Faber Academy Writing a Novel course and completed, How to Kill Your Mother, the darkly comic story of a dysfunctional brother and sister driving their mother to a euthanasia clinic.
