Antonella is Sales Manager – UK, Ireland and Europe for The London Book Fair (LBF) in London. The London Book Fair is the global marketplace for rights negotiation and the sale and distribution of content across print, audio, TV, film and digital channels. The Fair takes place in April at Olympia, West London, covering all aspects of the publishing industry.
Antonella’s career in rights management began at Sage Publications where she worked as Assistant Rights Manager dealing with permissions requests and translation rights. Previously to her position at The London Book Fair, she was Business Development Manager at IPR License where she was the key contact for identifying and pursuing likely sales targets including but not limited to large publishing organisations, reproduction rights organisations, trade shows and media outlets. Her role also focussed on establishing long-term relationships with major customers/clients and to license and sell bespoke technology products solutions from IPR License to drive increased value for customers’ IP assets and facilitate internal data administration.
Antonella also worked as a Publisher Relations Manager for The Publishers Licensing Society (PLS), and she has an MA in English and French Language and Literature. You can contact her on antonella.pearce@reedexpo.co.uk
