You’ve heard loads about TikTok but are you using it? Are you afraid of it, or just feel like it’s for digital natives? Worry no longer, in this hands-on workshop, open to all whatever your experience,  you will learn how to use to TikTok with a focus on reaching audiences interested in books. Specifically our session will include:

  • The purpose of TikTok compared to other social media platforms
  • How to navigate the platform
  • Best practices to be discoverable and stand out, e.g. type and length of content, messaging, hashtags, etc
  • Reacting to trends
  • Some case studies on who does it well

Our host for this session is Kineta Kelsall, with 10+ years experience, Kineta is a Senior Director for Jellyfish and is responsible for consulting to the world's biggest brands in social media marketing. She is one of the first people globally to be part of LinkedIn's certified training programme alongside delivering digital marketing training for Google and Meta. Prior to consulting she was responsible for overseeing multi million pound, award winning brand campaigns whilst also helping drive performance across a number of e-commerce clients. Kineta has consulted across a diverse range of clients including some of the world’s biggest brands in publishing, wine and spirits, and gaming. On top of her current role, she's a keen contributor in the press, at industry events, on radio and TV.
