You’ve written your book, you probably know how you’re going to publish it so now it’s time to think about how you are going to let people know it exists so that it can reach its readers. In short, you need a marketing plan. What are the key things you need to consider when creating a marketing plan? When should you start to market your book? How do you know who you target audience is and where to focus your marketing efforts? What should you expect you will need to do and what might your publisher do. How much do you need to do and when have you done enough? How can avoid overwhelm and manage your marketing alongside writing and other demands on your time. In this event, Kelly Weekes, publishing marketing specialist, mindset and confidence coach and Byte the book online event host will be talking about all the key aspects of a book marketing plan so you can create your own and feel more confident about promoting your book. Kelly will be in conversation with Byte the Book’s Maleeha Mir and there will be plenty of time for you to ask your own questions. About the speakers: Kelly Weekes (ICF ACC) is a confidence and mindset coach for authors and a marketing mentor who helps authors get confident starting out on social media and knowing what content to share to promote their book.
