I'm on a mission to make people laugh with beautifully written cat stories. I'm marking my 20th year in storytelling, press and publicity. Exceptional writing has been at the heart of my career as: BBC journalist, UK Government Chief Press Officer, trusted communications partner for senior politicians and executives, and now a published novelist.
I live with my wife, our two little boys, and Mads —a Norwegian Forest Cat who, of course, rules the household. After years of working for both cats and politicians, I realised they share strikingly similar traits: strutting as if they own the place, turning on the charm when it suits them, and endlessly obsessing over themselves. That observation sparked the creation of Cat Society.
I am currently querying my second book — Cat Society: Claws and Disorder.
