Over the past couple of months we have experienced a monumental transformational change, on a global scale that has not occurred in decades.  A key question in people’s minds at the moment has become, “What will be the ‘new’ normal, when we return to work?”  This will be determined a great deal by what behaviours are reinforced and what are not.
