Lisa has nearly twenty years’ experience in publishing, most of which was in children’s publishing and licensing. She is now Publishing Director at Templar Publishing. Prior to joining Templar she worked for twelve years at Scholastic Children’s Books, where as Publishing & Commercial Director, she oversaw the publishing of the Hunger Games trilogy, the Horrible Histories series, the Tom Gates Series, Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler picture books and The Golden Compass. From 2013-15 she moved into publishing for adults and was the Publisher at Carlton Books, managing the editorial team who create a list of sport, music, history and reference titles, including the FIFA World Cup and Tour De France publishing programmes, and a number of Imperial War Museum collaborations for the centenary of the First World War.
